DBS Premier recruits secured

We can now confirm that we have purchased two horses from this year's DBS Premier Yearling Sales.

This time last year Shoshoni Wind and Waking Warrior joined us from the sale that Mazzanti, Shifting Gold, Medicinal Compound and Sharp Eclipse all came from and this year we have recruited two more fillies, the first a daughter of Sleeping Indian out of Totally Yours.

Shoshoni Wind and Waking Warrior highlight what a lucky sire Sleeping Indian has been for us and Kevin while the mare, a six furlong winner rated 93 at her peak, has already produce a Listed placed runner, two-time winner Totally Ours, from her first and only foal to date.

The other new arrival is a filly by exciting second season sire Oratorio, who enjoyed Group 1 success with a 1-2 in the Dewhurst Stakes via Beethoven and Fencing Post from his first crop and already has one of this year's leading two-year-olds, two-time Group 2 winner King Torus amongst his second crop of two-year-olds.  The filly's mother first foal to race was this year's speedy and successful two-year-old called Mappin Time, rated 91, 

At present those that reserved a share in our DBS syndicates are currently choosing their horse while for the next week our existing owners will be given the opportunity to get involved in the shares that remain. Any remaining shares will be offered on open sale from Friday, 3rd September. More details of the horses will appear on line then.
