Hambleton’s very first horses in training were based with Kevin and with his support we have steadily progressed to provide winners for so many of our owners over the years.
American Style Delivers Another Win for Kevin Ryan
Our latest winner together was recorded in straightforward fashion as American Style, a typically tough and talented graduate of the Goffs Premier Yearling Sale, dominated his Class 4 rivals to run out an easy winner under Harry Davies.
Despite a challenging, wide draw, Harry soon had American Style in the front rank, with American Style showing his customary early zip to secure a good position just off the leader, who took the field along.
Wolverhampton Victory Rewards Syndicate Owners
As the race developed Harry and American Style were always travelling kindly and when he asked his mount to pick up, American Style settled the race decisively, kicking clear of his toiling rivals to record what was ultimately a pretty easy win for the son of Washington DC.
Heading back in under Harry, American Style received a well-deserved welcome from his racehorse syndicate as he came back into the winners enclosure after putting his delighted owners in the winners enclosure for the third consecutive year.
The strapping chestnut is an imposing horse and fine model who has hardly winning out of turn, having ran so well over course and distance on his previous start.
A £22,000 success story for the Goffs Premier Yearling Sales syndicate, American Style has proved a great horse for his owners and has much more to offer yet.
Ayr Gold Cup Entry Under Consideration After Success
Having taken so well to the all-weather, the four-year-old is likely to enjoy a campaign on the all-weather through the winter, with plenty of valuable prize money races to target under the expert guidance of Kevin Ryan.
Before then, the three-time winner will be returning to the turf, with the Ayr Gold Cup amongst the races he’s likely to be entered for this autumn.
