Chriszoff another breeze-up star

He’s green, raw and far from the finished article, but there is no doubting the big engine of Chriszoff, who looks another breeze-up star for the Archie Watson team.

The imposing son of Zoffany created a very good impression when winning his second start at Wolverhampton and made it two wins from three outings at Lingfield last night under an impressed Hector Crouch.

Chriszoff made most of the running and was still very green in the race itself, doing well to cope with the undulations of Lingfield and the very quick ground underfoot.

When Hector pressed the button on Chriszoff he reported he was very green but also that he felt he always had matters under control as last year’s breeze-up graduate successfully conceded weight all round to make it two wins on the bounce for his horse racing syndicate.

Chriszoff joined us from the Goresbridge breeze-up sales last year, after our buying team spotted some hidden potential within his data.

He’s starting to deliver in no uncertain terms now and looks a horse with loads more to offer from here.

In recent years we’ve unearthed two Listed winners for Archie from the Goresbridge breeze-up sale and while Chriszoff has some way to go to hit those heights, Chriszoff looks another breeze-up star with a promising future ahead of him.

His win further enhances our outstanding record from the breeze-up sales and we can’t wait to see what comes next for him as he continues to learn his trade.
