Chriszoff another winning breezer
3rd May 2023
Chriszoff became yet another winning breezer for us when winning well on just his second start at Wolverhampton this afternoon.
A strapping son of Zoffany, the three-year-old shaped with any amount of promise on his debut when running on late on at Kempton and showed the benefit of that effort on this second start, travelling powerfully on the front end under Luke Morris before asserting in good style for a decisive success in the straight.
The pair were in total command late on as Chriszoff became yet another winner for our expert breeze-up buying team, having joined us for just €30,000 from Goresbridge last summer.
Luke Morris was impressed with the win and feels there is an awful lot more to come from this strapping Goresbridge graduate.
As Chriszoff became another winning breezer for us our attention was firmly on the 166 lots left in the Tattersalls Guineas Breeze-Up sale tomorrow, where the horses completed their final breezes earlier today.
The times are now being analysed and the horses inspected as we bid to find our next winner from the breeze-up sales.
Our recent Listed winners Maystar (€35,000) and Mehmento (£14,000) highlight the quality we can find on a sensible budget at the breeze-up sales and we’re very much hoping to find our next quality horse with Archie Watson this week at Newmarket.
Chriszoff’s owners already have a quality horse to enjoy, and his next start is awaited with great interest.
