Dandy’s Redcar Beano

Tuesday proved a great day for Dandy’s Beano’s owners as their filly strode right away from her rivals to win her first race at Redcar.

The €20,000 daughter of Dandy Man joined us in May from the Goresbridge Breeze Ups and has looked a filly of some ability to date, showing good ability at Nottingham before winning easily at Redcar.

Dandy’s Beano travelled well throughout the race at Redcar, relishing the soft underfoot conditions  before readily coming clear under Kevin Stott to the delight of her owners.

Kevin Ryan, who was improving his record with two-year-olds for us still further, was very happy with the performance and feels this is a filly with plenty more to offer next year.

For the filly’s owners it was an enjoyable afternoon as their filly put meat on the bones of her earlier promise to gain her first success.

Given Kevin’s thoughts and the impressive nature of this success it seems Dandy’s Beano’s owners have much to look forward to next year.
