Atomic Force Prix Du Bois win

Force rated 111

26th June 2021

It’s always exciting to have a highly rated two-year-old so to see Atomic Force rated 111 by the official handicapper this week was very satisfying.

A five-length winner of a Group 3 in France last time out, Atomic Force is clearly a very talented young horse, who was winning his second race from just three starts when routing a good field.

The striking chestnut son of Cotai Glory was totally dominant for his win in Chantilly, leading all of the way and powering clear in the final quarter mile.

A £22,000 yearling, he’s yet another example of us sourcing our horse racing syndicates a quality horse without spending a fortune.

Fellow 2021 Stakes winners Twilight Spinner (£30,000), Outbox (16,000gns) and Mehmento (£14,000) were all bought at a manageable level too as was this year’s Group 1 Diamond Jubilee runner-up Glen Shiel (£45,000).

Those horses and Atomic Force have produced some memorable days for their owners so far in 2021 and we’re excited to see what the second half of the 2021 Flat season will bring.

Atomic Force, rated 111, could well have plenty to say on the subject with another trip to Chantilly for the Group 2 Prix Robert Papin likely to be next on his agenda next month.
