One share left in the Sheriff

25th November 2018

We now have just one twelfth share remaining in Whoshotthesheriff.

Hambleton's first ever horse with Irish training legend Gordon Elliott is all set to journey over to England in the next few weeks to make his debut in the dark blue and beige.

Gordon reports the Sheriff is in fine order and he's very much looking forward to running him.

There is little Gordon hasn’t achieved in the game to date. Perhaps this year ranks alongside his best ever, given the County Meath-based trainer was the leading trainer at the Cheltenham Festival and won his second Grand National in April.

Gordon won the Gold Cup last year for good measure and is without doubt one of the very best National Hunt trainers there has been in recent times.

Related to two winning black type jumpers, Whoshotthesheriff is a beautiful, big raw horse who we’re told has lots of improvement to come.

Gordon feels he’s sure to win his bumpers for us before graduating to do well in novice hurdles in time.

He'll be out and racing for us in less than fortnight so if you want an exciting jumps prospect with a top trainer you know what to do!
