Owners’ Survey – thank you

We would like to take this chance to say a huge thank you to each and every owner who took the time to complete our recent owners' survey in aid of Racing Welfare.

We’re delighted to report that 151 owners have completed the survey and we’re very grateful to each and every one of you who took some time out of your day to answer the questions, which will be really helpful for us moving forwards and raised Racing Welfare £1,510.

In the coming weeks we’ll be analysing the answers and using them to help us look at areas where we can improve our service to you.

It was very nice to see so many positive, complimentary comments and thank you to everyone who took the chance to say what they enjoyed about their ownership experience.

Equally, where suggestions have been made on areas where we can improve, we’ll be thinking through those thoroughly, aiming to ensure we can offer an even better service moving forwards, that’s suitable for the modern world but doesn’t betray Hambleton’s core values.

Congratulations to Mark, an owner in Crack The Kode and Sovereign Queen with Kevin, who has won the racecourse badges. Mark selected Champions Day at Ascot for his badges.
