Searching for the next Dramatic

After his latest success at Kempton, we are now busy searching for the next Dramatic Sands as the Yearling sale season hits full swing.

This attractive son of Footstepsinthesand has proved a shrewd purchase by Archie Watson and advertised his progressive profile when winning cosily on his most recent start for us at the weekend to the delight of his horse racing syndicate.

Dramatic Sands has the scope to reach higher heights yet and his race record so far has seen two wins and two seconds from only a handful of starts, the other when running at Royal Ascot no less, such is the regard he is held in by his talented trainer.

Purchased last autumn at the Tattersalls Ireland September Yearling Sale for only 32,000 euros he is certainly proving to be good value, with more expected to come from this talented youngster.

With this sale upcoming later this month, Archie will be working closely with us to identify some more potential winners to run in the beige and blue Hambleton silks for next season.

The impressive record in this sale is ever-growing with a huge 20% more two-year-old winners graduating from this sale compared to the other Irish Yearling sales.

Archie’s record for Hambleton already speaks for itself with a 33% win strike-rate and many placed efforts too.

With a fine eye for a horse, Archie and his bloodstock team will no doubt be able to unearth another talented yearling for us later this month and connections could be enjoying similar success to that of Dramatic Sand’s owners next year.
