Strong colt joins Kevin

Kevin’s fantastic eye for a horse has never been in doubt and our trainer seems to have excelled himself this year with some fine talent sourced from the yearling sales.
Our latest acquisition is a striking colt by Sir Percy who is beautifully proportioned.
The strong colt moves effortlessly when active and is a horse that really impressed Kevin at the sales.
When Kevin was impressed with the athlete he studied his pedigree in more detail to find he knew plenty about the young family already, having trained his full brother Mohab.
Kevin tells us Mohab was a similarly strong horse and that this colt reminds him of him. Mohab was a high quality winning two-year-old who placed at Listed level and then trained on well.
This colt is bred to be good, looks the part and moves with great athleticism. In short he ticked all the boxes for Kevin and we’re delighted to have secured him to race for our owners in 2019.
