Super Watchable scores again!

9th December 2019

There is no doubt who Hambleton's team captain is and the superstar that is Watchable scored for his owners again at Lingfield Park today to back up his recent win for his horse racing syndicate.

This evergreen son of Pivotal was uncharacteristically slow from the gates today and in a change of tactics, he had to sit in behind what was quite a frenetic early pace.

Handled expertly by Shane Gray, who was also victorious on him last time, he bided his time to challenge off the home bend and Watchable soon stormed past his rivals to register his latest victory by one-and-a-quarter lengths.

This second win at Lingfield was yet another for this admirable campaigner this year who has scored on both the turf and the all-weather in 2019, notching up five wins to date.

David O’Meara and the team deserve much credit for keeping Watchable in such terrific form at the ripe old age of nine-years-old and this likeable sprinter clearly still thrives on his racing.

Wherever the team captain heads for his next outing, he is sure to give his all and provide his horse racing syndicate with yet more competitive racing action.
