Trainer FAQs
Our expert team boasts a fine track record of selecting trainers capable of providing our owners with a great experience and, crucially, winners. Most of our trainers have tasted success at the highest level and regularly have contenders at the major meetings, often in our colours. A data led approach, coupled with a deep understanding of form and bloodstock, helps explain why we continually work with trainers capable of success at the highest level. Importantly, every Hambleton trainer has agreed to align with our values to ensure we can provide a great experience and excellent communication to our owners.
Yes. When you select a horse, you’ll already know which of our leading trainers the horse is based with. Each available syndicate is tied to a specific horse and trainer, so you can pick the option that appeals most to you. View our available shares with each trainer.
Hambleton liaise closely with all of our trainers and relay all news and updates to owners, whether that’s on a direct phone call, message or via the excellent owners area of our website. Owners are kept up to speed with their horses’ progress, race entries and feedback from your jockey and trainer after each race.
Hambleton have horses in training with Karl Burke (Spigot Lodge, Middleham), Archie Watson (Iveagh Barns, Lambourn), David O’Meara (Willow Farm, York), Kevin Ryan (Hambleton Lodge, Thirsk), Lizzie Quinlan (Cumbria) and Tom Clover (Kremlin House, Newmarket).
