Lizzie Quinlan is a Cumbria-based racehorse trainer. Hambleton Racing offers syndicate shares in Lizzie Quinlan Racing-trained horses, with a maximum of 12 owners per syndicate and no hidden costs. Ever popular with our syndicate owners, Lizzie Quinlan offers a very personal experience to our owners.
The most recent addition to the Hambleton training ranks is Lizzie Quinlan, who is very well known to us.
To explain, in 2015 Lizzie began working for Hambleton as a racing manager.
Experienced, well connected and with a very sharp mind, Lizzie fitted into our small, friendly team really well and has always been a hugely popular with our owners.
Training primarily National Hunt horses but with a dual purpose licence, Lizzie Quinlan Racing began training in 2022 and has made a quick impression, going close to being the champion trainer at Cartmel in 2024 at a time when her strike rate was amongst the best in the entire country. You can follow her latest results, stable updates, and announcements in our Lizzie Quinlan news section.

An ability to get horses from bigger stables back enjoying their racing has been a key part to Lizzie’s early success, as is the hard work she and her talented team put in.
Lizzie is married to leading jockey Sean Quinlan, who did the steering when Lizzie recorded her first double in 2024, and trains from Bolton Mill in Cumbria.
Both Lizzie and Sean work hard to get the very best out of their horses and can count on the counsel and guidance of good friends three-time Champion Jockey Brian Hughes and leading agent Richard Hales as and when needed.
Their results speak for themselves and we have no doubt we’ll be enjoying plenty more nice winners with Lizzie and Sean moving forwards.
